Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between weekly, monthly and annual?
It's how often we prepare your accounts or reports. Weekly means one prepared set each week, monthly means one each month, and annual means once a year. More frequent reporting gives you a more up-to-date view of your business.
My books are behind. Can you still help?
Yes. We regularly bring records up to date. We'll look at the backlog during your free consultation and build any clean-up into your plan.
Can I change what I use later?
Yes. You can add services, change how often we report, or scale back at any time. Your support should follow your business, not the other way round.
Which accounting software do you work with?
Our team has hands-on experience with Sage, AccountsIQ, Peachtree, Odoo, Xero, QuickBooks, Oracle, ACL, Chargebee, iplicit and HubSpot, so we can usually work with what you already have. If you don't use any software yet, we'll help you choose the right cloud system and set it up, so you get real-time figures from day one.
Are you ready for Making Tax Digital?
Yes. Making Tax Digital for Income Tax began in April 2026 for sole traders and landlords with qualifying income over £50,000, and extends to those over £30,000 from April 2027. We can get your records and software ready.
Who do you work with?
Sole traders, partnerships and limited companies across the UK, especially growing businesses that want more than a once-a-year set of accounts.
